3-beans salad

Loving the salad recipes that we are learning day by day. This recipe is something I already have for awhile and it's my husband's favourite.

Great protein supplement and side dish for BBQs

You will need

3 types of beans (the ones in the can will do)

1. chickpeas
2. red kidney beans
3. white beans
4. chopped spring onions
5. diced mixed paprikas/bell peppers
6. slice 1 onion thinly

Dressing :
1. garlic 2 cloves chopped/pounded
2. 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
3. olive oil 1/4 cup
4. honey 1-2 tsp
5. salt & black pepper

Best to prepare few hours beforehand so the sauces will marinate nicely before serving.

Mix them all up and keep in your fridge. Served cold.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
